Different methods of waste gas treatment by using waste gas treatment equipment

Release time:2019-01-08 Browse:21次

Our common industrial exhaust gases are inert gases, combustible gases, toxic gases and combustion-supporting gases. Different gases have different treatment methods using waste gas treatment equipment, so how to deal with them separately? Let's introduce them in detail.

Different methods of waste gas treatment by using waste gas treatment equipment

1. Treatment of inert gases

Although the inert gas is not dangerous, the accumulation of a large number of inert gases will reduce the surrounding oxygen content, thus suffocating people.

(1) Discharge outdoors in appropriate places.

(2) If the cylinder or instrument is in the room, it can be connected with the exhaust duct to lead it to the outdoor slow discharge.

2. Combustible Gas Treatment

(1) When discharging flammable gases from cylinders, staff members should stand at the side of the outlet to operate in order to prevent gas from ejecting and injuring people.

(2) When the combustion method is adopted, a pressure relief valve should be installed to control the speed of flammable gas and to release the gas slowly so that it can be fully burned in the combustion device.

(3) If the discharge of flammable gas is large, the place with fewer people should be chosen as far as possible, and the surrounding fire should be prohibited, and corresponding fire extinguishers, sand and water should be provided.

3. Treatment of toxic gases

(1) Absorbents and adsorbents used in the treatment of toxic gases should ensure their effectiveness before they can be used.

(2) When dealing with toxic gases, staff members should wear anti-toxic tools, gloves and other protective devices which are not related to the handling work, and they are prohibited from entering the toxic gas treatment area.

4. Gas treatment

(1) There should be no fire source, no combustibles and explosive materials around the disposal of combustion-supporting gases.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to dispose of gas-assisted and combustible gases in the same place and nearby to prevent accidents.

(3) Powder, petroleum, grease and combustible substances adhering to container valves or appliances can be cleaned up before gas-assisted treatment can be carried out.

Above is our detailed introduction of the use of waste gas treatment equipment for different waste gas treatment methods, I hope to be helpful to you, if you have any questions, also welcome to consult us at any time, we will serve you wholeheartedly!
